Refund policy

Returns

Our chocolate is fresh perishable food, so it cannot be returned or exchanged if you simply change your mind. This exclusion is permitted under Article 17 of Decree-Law 10/2026.

We will replace the item or refund you in full if a product arrives damaged, melted, spoiled, or past its expiry date, or if the order is incomplete or is not what you ordered. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with photos. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 to 14 days.

Cancelling

You can cancel free of charge before we start preparing your order. After that the order cannot be cancelled, because everything is made fresh to order. Custom and personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
